ProTech flatbeds are extraordinary.

The standard floor is built with 1.25” interlocking tongue and groove, extruded aluminum deck boards and 5” zee 6061-T6 aluminum-alloy structural cross-members. This combination virtually eliminates racking and supports a load capacity of 1,000 ponds per linear

All flatbed structural attachments use Huck-Clinch® aircraft style mechanical fasteners. These aerospace blind rivets meet the sheet take-up and hole fill of the military for enhanced fatigue performance and vibration resistance. Since these special rivets retain the parent metal strength, attachments don’t loosen and are not subject to racking and expansion/contraction cracking like welded beds.

ProTech flatbeds are available in any length — most range between 9’ and 24’. Deck widths are typically 84”, 93” and 96”, with extruded floor body widths in 3” increments. The stake pockets are located at cross members to retain structural integrity and stake-member support. Side rails are polished, proprietary extrusions — rather than standard C-channel — with TIG-welded, cleaned and buffed corners to reflect your professional appearance.
