In the role of Customer Service Receptionist, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Your daily tasks will include managing customer order inbox emails, efficiently processing simple orders, and skillfully presenting our products and services with integrity. Whether through telephone or in-person interactions, your professionalism will shine. Collaborating seamlessly with our teams, you’ll ensure effective communication with Customer Service Representatives and Outside Sales. Guiding customers through warranty and returns processes, maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards, and upholding safety regulations will be essential.

- Manage customer order inbox emails daily.
- Learn how to process simple customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
- Learn how to effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity, and superior understanding of customer needs.
- Conduct telephone calls and in-person interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with CSRs, Outside Sales
- Administer warranty and returns through completion.
- Maintain departmental housekeeping standards & comply with all OSHA safety requirements, work rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & command of the English language in both written and verbal forms.
- Strong attention to details with diligence in preventing errors and solving problems.
- Must be able to work in a Microsoft Office environment.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
- Standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time – up to 8 hours or more per day.
- Appearance must represent the company image (at all times).
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- Fast-paced environment; subject to numerous priority changes requiring ability to track, follow up and ensure internal and external customer needs are met.
- This is an in-office role. Working from home is not permitted.
