Built for the demands of emergency response, ProTech Fire Body Flatbeds provide the strength, durability, and customization firefighters depend on. Whether you're outfitting a brush truck, wildland response vehicle, rescue unit, or custom fire apparatus, every ProTech flatbed is engineered to meet your department's specific needs.

ProTech flatbeds are available in virtually any length, with most ranging from 9 to 24 feet. Standard deck widths include 84", 93", and 96", with extruded floor body widths available in 3-inch increments for a precise fit. Stake pockets are strategically positioned at the cross members to maintain maximum structural integrity while providing reliable support for removable stakes and side panels.

Unlike standard C-channel designs, ProTech flatbeds feature polished proprietary extruded side rails with TIG-welded, cleaned, and buffed corners for exceptional strength and a professional appearance. Every flatbed is built to withstand demanding service while maintaining the quality craftsmanship ProTech is known for.

SPECIAL CABINETRY

Tunnel cabinet hold tools, such as McCleod fire tools. Other cabinets house hose hangers, hooks and shelving for fire fighting equipment. Positive control T-locks permit one-handed rapid access for gloved hands. All cabinets are high-strength, marine-grade aluminum with neoprene bulb seals and painted in a custom color.

TRANSVERSE HOSE BAY

Designed with access through the side rail for storage of hoses and hotsticks. Located between bed rail cross member supports.

The ICC under-ride device, with a 7.5” rear grip strut step above a 2” receiver hitch, also houses a rear storage, hose fit box with a T-handle opening.
