A ranch truck doesn’t sit still. One day it’s hauling firewood, the next it’s moving hay, then it’s feeding stock. You need a bed that keeps up without cracking, flexing, or slowing you down.

ProTech Rancher Bodies are built to fit single and dual rear wheel pickup chassis, with a headboard shaped for rear visibility and aluminum tubing that gives you strong, ready tie-off points.

There are no deck welds to fail. The deck is built from full-length, marine-grade aluminum tongue-and-groove locking I-beams, fastened with rivets that retain parent metal strength. That means no flex and no weld cracking over time.

The floor uses 1.25-inch interlocking tongue-and-groove extruded aluminum deck boards over 5-inch zee 6061-T6 aluminum-alloy structural cross-members. It’s built to handle 1,000 pounds per linear foot and resist racking under load. Need more capacity? Need something unique we can custom build your flatbed to match the job.

A 13-inch by 14-inch gooseneck hitch trapdoor is set 2 inches cabside of the axle for proper positioning. Full LED lighting—stop, turn, backup, plate, side, and running—is standard. A fuel-filler cup is built into the side rail for easy access.

All structural attachments use Huck-Clinch® aircraft-style mechanical fasteners. These aerospace-grade rivets meet military standards for sheet take-up and hole fill, delivering strong hold, vibration resistance, and no loosening or cracking like welded beds.

Beds are available in virtually any length, typically 9 to 24 feet, with widths of 84, 93, and 96 inches. Extruded floor body widths come in 3-inch increments. Stake pockets are aligned with cross-members for solid support. Side rails are polished proprietary extrusions—not standard C-channel—with TIG-welded, cleaned, and buffed corners for a clean, professional look.

When the truck wears out, the bed doesn’t have to. Move it to the next one and keep working.
